I would definately give him the macaroon pink as he is sweet for me as a macaroon would be and this combines best with our screenprint by Darling Clementine from Norway. It would go on the wall in our bedroom to look at every morning and every night. JUST BEAUTIFUL!

the blue sky with the soft clouds.
When someone is in love in dutch we say "met je hoofd in de wolken" with your head in the clouds. It means that you are dreaming all day :)

I am quite smitten with the pink one...so lovely! I have a thing for hearts...felted ones, stones that look like hearts, crocheted, paper hearts. Your beautiful piece would fit in perfectly in our home. Thank you for your kind offer. :)
ReplyDeleteValentines Day is always difficult for me. At 53 years, I have reached a mid-life "sadness" vs. crisis. I never married. And, I'm okay with that! I enjoy being single. But, having said that, there is the realization that I don't have that "Special Someone". No one to give a gift or card, too. But, also no receiving a card or flowers or that heart-shaped box of chocolates. But, it's okay! It really is.
