curating a collection of prints for your home

I'm always intrigued by how people put beautiful things together to create something personal and unique in their homes. Is it by simply selecting pieces that you really love, a well executed plan of matching styles and colours or a little bit of both?

The great thing about affordable limited edition silkscreen prints, is that because the cost is not so high, you can afford to change the prints according to your mood, season or colour changes in your home. Mix it up!

These walls look pretty good to me...

Retro Style Festive Recipe Tea Towels by Mengsel

Say hello to Mengsel's wonderful new festive retro inspired illustrated tea towels. The two designs feature recipes for Classic Gingerbread Men and Mulled Wine (with a twist).

We worked with super nice US based blogger Diana from exPress-O's tried and tested special recipes, which was illustrated by Luzelle van der Westhuizen in her trademark bold colours and Scandinavian simplicity.

Hope you enjoy them! You can buy them HERE individually and in sets. We only had 100 of each design made, so you better snap them up quick!

little cabins

Love this beautiful Little Bud vase house from Etsy store 2of2. Brother and Sister Dan and Mer Dundin creates decorative architectural structures from precision cut birch wood.

The simple, rustic house shape reminded me so much of my limited edition "Mountain Cabin" silkscreen print.

2of2 was was opened in honor of their late mother, Patty, who taught them that "the wonder of childhood can stay with you in life if you let your imagination pave the way."

I love that.
